Return and Refund Policy

While we strive to ensure a satisfying experience for all clients, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a return or refund. Please review the following return and refund policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Services: Since all services are rendered live and personal, they are non-refundable once the session has occurred. If you experience dissatisfaction, please contact us directly within 48 hours of your session to discuss potential solutions or alternatives.
- Digital Products: Digital products, including online courses, recordings, and e-books, are non-refundable due to the nature of the products.
- Workshops/Classes: If a workshop or class is canceled by us, you will be issued a full refund. If you need to cancel your participation, please refer to our cancellation policy.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a refund or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded. A 25% fee will be charged to cancellations. To reschedule there is a fee of $10 upon reaching out to the Nefera Blue Lotus team. Emergencies will be considered on a case by case basis (i.e. medical, family, death, etc.). You may need to send proof of emergency to receive your refund in case of emergency.
- Workshops/Classes: Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a refund. If the minimum participant number is not met for a class or workshop, a full refund will be issued.
3. Refund Process
- If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If a physical product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for assistance. We will provide a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
